Housing Partners & Case Managers

If you help people secure or use Housing Choice Vouchers, we help you place them. Every home we work with welcomes Section 8 and is HUD-inspection-ready.

Rent Finder Cleveland is a local rental team whose entire Cleveland-area selection welcomes Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) and is HUD-inspection-ready. Case managers, housing navigators, shelters, resettlement agencies, and other social-service partners can send us a client's needs and we'll match them to available voucher-friendly homes and coordinate showings — no source-of-income screening, no runaround.

Placing a client with a voucher shouldn't mean cold-calling dozens of landlords who quietly screen out vouchers. Every home in our current selection accepts Housing Choice Vouchers and is ready for a CMHA HQS inspection, so your clients start from 'yes.'

We work with case managers, housing navigators, shelter and transitional-housing staff, refugee and resettlement agencies, reentry programs, domestic-violence advocates, and Area Agency on Aging coordinators across Greater Cleveland. Tell us what a client needs — bedrooms, neighborhood, timing, accessibility — and we'll point you to what's available and set up a tour.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge case managers or agencies to work with you?
No. There's no cost to partner with us or to refer a client. Standard tenant application steps still apply to the renter once they choose a home.
How fast can you place a voucher client?
It depends on current availability and the client's needs, but because every home we work with already accepts Housing Choice Vouchers and is HUD-inspection-ready, you skip the hardest step — finding a landlord who says yes. Send us the details and we'll tell you what's available now.
Do you screen out Housing Choice Voucher holders?
Never. We welcome voucher holders on every available home, and we follow the Fair Housing Act. Where local source-of-income protections apply (e.g. Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, University Heights, Warrensville Heights, Linndale), we comply fully; we welcome vouchers everywhere we operate regardless.
