How much does a west-side rental house cost in Cleveland?

Citywide, Zumper's July 4, 2026 report puts Cleveland's median asking rent at $1,250/mo overall, with 2-bedroom units around $1,100 and 3-bedroom units around $1,350. Within our own west-side portfolio, rents range from about $700 to $1,500 a month depending on bedroom count, condition, and whether the unit is part of a duplex or a standalone house — broadly consistent with what we see citywide, since pricing reflects the home itself rather than which side of town it's on.

The RTA Red Line — the region's heavy-rail line connecting Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to downtown's Tower City and on to the east side — runs directly through the west side, with a stop at Ohio City. West-side neighborhoods are also served by an extensive GCRTA bus network, and I-90 and I-71 both cut through the area, giving drivers quick access to downtown and the western suburbs.
